Limited Product Warranty

Warranty Applicability

This warranty applies only to select products explicitly identified as warranty-covered on their individual product pages. Products not specifically marked as eligible are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Provider

This Limited Warranty is provided by Hey Beautiful  (referred to as “HB”) and applies solely to the original purchaser of the eligible product.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is six (6) months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Warranty Coverage

HB warrants eligible products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

If a covered product is determined to be defective, HB will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or comparable item

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or improper maintenance

  • Use outside of the product’s intended purpose or user guidelines

  • Abuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • Acts of nature (including fire, flood, or other natural disasters)

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Contact HB Customer Support within the warranty period

  2. Provide proof of purchase showing the purchase date and retailer

  3. Follow all instructions provided by the HB support team

If return shipment is required:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to HB

  • HB will cover return shipping only if the product is confirmed defective

Limitation of Liability

HB’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the covered product, at HB’s discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HB shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business

  • Data loss or downtime

These remedies are the exclusive remedies available under this warranty.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary depending on state or jurisdiction.
