Online Orders

You may return most online purchases, except the following items, which are final sale:

  • Monomers

  • Sale items or products with a discount over 10%

  • Bundles or sets

Returned items must be in sellable condition, with original packaging intact.

If your order qualifies for a return, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not available for in-store transactions.
