Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 2 PM CT ship the next business day. We do not ship on  Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. U.S. orders of $70+ receive free  standard shipping.

All shipments are handled through USPS, Fedex or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once you get tracking number. Once a package is handed to the carrier and marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us at support@heybeautifulofficial.com and we’ll guide you through next steps.

For damaged or defective items, email photos or a short video within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly. Electronics include a 60-day warranty. For missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
